During COVID when most gyms were closed and exercises weights weren't available, we found ourselves making concrete plates in our garage under the watchful (but unhelpful) eye of our dog Corrigan.
In a way it became a testament to ingenuity, and to the real truth of muscle gain, no machines, no classes, just the bar, the poundage and your inner desire to be great.
I wanted to change the logo into a snarling dog, or something more typical for a gym, but my wife felt like it was perfect the way it was - Corrigan was a happy, smiling boy that was also a powerhouse. Anything else would be trying too hard we think.
